We believe in making our little geniuses 'Think Big'. Hence each little event of life is celebrated with grandeur so as to provide opportunities to these aspiring tiny tots to perform before large audiences and give you moments of pride as parents.
We all celebrate our special occasions, birthday and festivals throughout the year in our own ways. Events and Celebrations bring different colours of joy and happiness with them. We at Mother's Pride celebrate all occasions aiming to inculcate the cultural values in our Prideens. It's also a platform to develop their relation with their teachers, and peer group. Fun is an integral part of everything we do at Mother's Pride and every moment is a celebration here. Our children just don't celebrate, they become part of it. Below is a broad overview of the various events and celebrations at Mother's Pride.

Events

Annual Day

It is a grand event where as many as 8000 children perform onstage. Annual Day is a grand celebration of the school graced by the top dignitaries of the city. Each and every child of Mother's Pride participates in the day-long stage presentation and some 1000 children receive prizes for excellence throughout the year. Proud parents see the culmination of the year – long achievements of their child and enjoy the spectacular show by the little ones. The themes for the Annual Day have always been child oriented. Grandparents' Day

Grandparents' Day is celebrated for the grandparents of the children, and witnesses an enthusiastic participation by all the Dada – Dadis and the Nana – Nanis for our little ones. This day is celebrated for honouring, showing love and receiving blessings from the grandparents for the children and their entire families. This celebration, full of dance, fun and joy, serves to inculcate family bonding and good family values in the children. We at Mother's Pride ensure to transport the Grandparents back to their childhood by making them participate in fun – filled games, dance and enjoy with them.

Parenting Seminar

Parenting Seminars by renowned parenting expert, Mrs. Sudha Gupta are organized by the school so that parents can create an extraordinary relationship with their child. In these sessions, parents gain invaluable tips and understanding of their right role as parents. They also get an understanding of child psychology that helps them deal with anxious moments in a better way.

Christmas Carnival

To mark the beginning of a New Year and celebrate it with the child's darling Santa, a Christmas Carnival is organized. It brings with itself the fervour of happiness, love and we witness thousands of smiling parents and children celebrating with us. The highlights of the carnival are the game stalls, stage activities, dance, music, puppet show, magic show, lip smacking food and are held at sparkling branches. The Carnival aims to engage a 2 year old with his parents and grandparents.

Farewell Party

The Farewell is fun-filled good luck party for the little ones who have spent so many happy months at Mother's Pride. This day witness mixed emotions as the children leave the school where they embark on a new journey by joining a formal school. The parents receive a beautiful album of their child containing photographs of his/her activities throughout the year on this day.

Republic Day

Children celebrate Republic Day with lot of enthusiasm. A special parade is organized in the school where tiny tots dress as the little soldiers of the defence forces.

Lohri

Lohri is one of the auspicious festival of Punjab is celebrated the month of January. The children enjoy dancing to the beats of dhol.

Holi

The festival of colours is celebrated in the month of March. Children enjoy playing with gulaal and wish each other.

Mothers' Day

To salute and celebrate motherhood, Mother's Day is celebrated in the month of May.

Friendship Day

Friendship Day is celebrated in the month of August where the children are encouraged to develop deeper bond with their friends. They also exchange friendship bands with each other.

Independence Day

To celebrate the spirit of patriotism, we celebrate Independence Day in the month of August. Our little darlings look adorable as little Gandhiji, Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru, and they look beautiful dressed in tri colours.

Janmashtami

Janmashtami, the birthday of Lord Krishna is celebrated in the month of August. The entire school is decorated like Vrindavan with children dressed up as Krishna and Radha.

Raksha Bandhan

The brother sister bond is one of the most unique and beautiful relationship. This feeling of oneness and bonding is created through celebration of Raksha Bandhan.

Teacher's Day

The birth anniversary of the former President of India, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan is observed as Teacher's Day on 5th September. Children come dressed up as their favourite teachers and enjoy acting like them.

Gandhi Jayanti

The birth anniversary of Gandhiji is celebrated in the month of October. Children dress up as Bapu and recount his famous slogans.

Dusshera

Dussehra, celebrated in the month of October, is a festival that symbolizes the victory of good over the evil. The teachers dramatise the >story of Ramayana which is much enjoyed by the children.

Diwali

The festival of lights is celebrated in the month of November. The entire school is decorated with lights and children come dressed in traditional clothes.

Children's Day

Children's Day is a special day that celebrates childhood, the most wonderful stage in the life of a person. We make our Prideens feel special on their day by organizing game stalls, tattoo corners, etc for them.

Guru Nanak Jayanti

In the month of November, we also celebrate the birthday of the first Guru of Sikhs, i.e. Guru Nank Dev ji. Children offer their prayers at the Gurudwara.

What Parents Say

Our beloved parents always add to the success of Annual Fest through their constant support and appreciation for our Mother's Pride family. It was a moment of pride for each and every parent to witness their child performing at such a grand level on the stage of Siri Fort auditorium.
