To recapitalize the numbers (1 to 5) in an interesting way, kids of Nursery class played a game “Roll the Dice”. Teachers arranged a big handmade dice with number dots and corresponding number cards were also arranged. Kids were made familiar with the dice and were asked to roll it and observe the number of dots on the dice. After identifying the number, children were asked to match it with the corresponding dot cards on the wall and stick the number cards accordingly. This is how the kids learnt more about numbers from 1 to 5, object counting and also recapitalized the matching concept. Kids participated very enthusiastically along with their teachers.
