Inspiring everyone, our little Prideens acted as messengers of peace and nonviolence on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. The birthday of the Father of the Nation was celebrated across all our branches on 1st October. It was a sight to watch as the entire school reflected the Gandhian spirit on this occasion. The children came dressed as Gandhiji, Sarojini Naidu, Bhagat Singh and other freedom fighters.
The day began with a special assembly in the school where tributes were paid to the great leader through patriotic songs and poems recited by the children. Little ones sang the popular song ‘Raghupati Raghava Raja Ram’ to honour the memory of Bapu. They also held placards in the assembly conveying the message of peace and nonviolence.
