Teachers hold a position of prime importance in the formative years of a child. They play a significant role in nurturing the students to help them blossom in every aspect of life. Therefore, the teachers must possess the required skill set, along with knowledge. Adhering to this idea, Mother’s Pride organized a two-day teacher training session to widen the horizon of teachers. The training session began with a wonderful activity to strengthen the bond between teachers and students. The training emphasized the cycle of experiential learning, where teachers also shared their respective ‘Learning By Doing’ stories on how quick students learn and retain when all their senses are engaged. Besides covering the importance of Early Childhood Education (ECE), the training also included an insightful Curriculum for Being session. Intending to elevate the status of teachers, the training groomed them to turn childhood into a magical experience.
